Full Journal pdf2003-05-18 House Journal Page 1894 SB 177 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 17, 2003, calendar (page 1797), was read the third time: SENATE BILL NO. 177 "An Act relating to cost-of-living benefits for retired members in the public employees' retirement system and the teachers' retirement system who are called to active military duty; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall SB 177 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 177 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 4 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Joule, Kapsner, Moses And so, SB 177 passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 177 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
